today my mechanic told me that i have a very low compression in one of the cylinder by doing a wet and dry compresson test. he said it is burnt valves. he recomended a used engine instead of rebuilding the head because the car is having 325000km.

so can you guys tell me which year engines would fit in a 92-960 if i want to go with higher a year.
and also how much work it is to redo a valve job
