Will This Oxygen Sensor Fit a '90 240? 200 1990

Hey Guys -
Need your advice/help.

I know the description says up to but not past '88 240's. But with a little jerry riggng could I "adapt" this to my '90?
Also, what do you feel about getting a "generic" (i.e. not OEM) from AutoZone?
