rough idle 900 1992

Hey guys I have a problem, my 960 will have an erratic idle when it is real cold like when I start it up in the morning or the engine has time to cool off completely it sometimes sounds liek it will stall. I checked the MAF and it wasnt dirty so Im htinking it might be the idle control valve or a vacume leak??? anyone have any suggestions? thanks
