Who Makes a bolt on replacement CAT for a 1989 740GL 700

I am looking for a bolt on replacement Catalytic converter since I bought into a Volvo lifetime warantee cat back muffler system and can't touch it with a welder. Am I hooped and must go back to Volvo or the high priced Walker direct fit system?
