Replacement shift lever needed for 93' 960 900

My shift lever (automatic trans) is crumbling near the top and I need a replacement. Any advice or links to purchase on-line for a reasonable price? I'd rather not go to the dealer.

It is black in color. Are there any aftermarket ones that are better?
