940 turbo high idle 900

when i first start my car the idle is fine and also if i drive the car normal but when i get on it and then go to stop and put the car in park the idle goes to 1500 or so and just stays there then i turn the car off and start it back up and its fine i replaced the tps but that didnt do anything apreciate the info.
