Hi. I am trying to fix a lights-out situation with the 1,2,3 station pre-sets ant the am/fm button-essentially all the lights on the left side of the radio. I get the radio out really easy, remove it from the car, take the two screws out that hold the face plate clips and then lift up all the other clips around the radio chassis. It wants to lift off but it feels like something in or near the tape player opening is holding it back. I certainly do not want to force it so I am stumped.
Any suggestions?
