optional gauges for 242 DL- prewired? 200 1982

Folks-

The P.O. of my '82 242 DL had picked up some gauges from a boneyard: small clock, oil pressure and ammeter, as well as a tach that fits in the binnacle on the left.

Before I pull the dash apart I'm wondering if the pressure sensor needs to be changed, and/or if the wiring harness is prewired for stuff like the tach and ammeter.
