Question on replacing the center support bearing 200 1990

Hi all,
I removed the d-shaft from the car and removed the old bearing. It was fried! Anyhow, how do I put the new one back on? I can go to a shop and ask them to use a hydraulic press, but I have heard some people on this board using a pipe with certain ID, which I can't remember. Anyone remember this # or any oher way of forcing this bearing in place?

TIA!
