Header Pipe Replacement - 91' 744 700

Any advice on replacing a header pipe? I purchased the pipe, manifold to pipe "washer", and pipe to cat gasket. I have two specific questions - 1)Can I remove just the pipe without messing with the O2 sensor & exhaust manifold? 2) Is there anything special about the pipe/cat & pipe/manifold nuts & bolts? I was just going to match the sizes & replace with stainless.
