13 volts is all I'm getting at the battery terminals with the motor running. The battery light is just BARELY glowing on the dash. It drops a bit more (close to 12.5) with the lights, stereo, and blower on.

I think it's the alternator. I've changed the voltage regulator already, but it didn't change anything. Is this OK (sticking with the low voltage), or do I NEED to get a new alternator?
