changes FI relay, still 'no start' condition (K-Jet) 200 1982

Changed the FI relay to remedy a no start condition. Car just quit on highay & had to be towed. Changed relay but still no start. Jumpered #5 & #7 fuses so i know the Feul ,pumps operate. What else could cause "No Start/Condition Dead" ? '82 244DL 4 cyl gas 4spd+OD 158K+ miles with Chrysler ignition.
