Front Doors won't lock!!! 200

I want to put a cd player in my brick, but I wanna be able to lock my doors first. For some reason the front driverside door will not lock no matter what. The front passenger door lock pops right back up when pushed down. Anyone got an idea for a quick fix? I have an '86 240 wagon. Also, if anyone knows how to get a stripped screw out of the window crank - I'd very much appreciate some ideas in that area as well. Thanks for all the help.
