Have you ever had this happen to you? Heard a loud scraping noise coming from the front of the car just after getting off the highway..saw the front wheel out of place,, called the tow truck,,was informed that the car had popped a balljoint. How dangerous was this? Would I have been able to control the car if this had happened on the highway? Does this happen often? What may have caused it? Thanks for your comments.
