Rear Deck Speakers 900

Hey board, I have a question. I have 2 6x9 cut outs on the rear deck, but no speakers! I have a 91 940 se sedan. Im wondering if when i put the 6x9's i bought into the holes and cut the fiberboard, will the seat belt(the se has an over the shoulder seatbelt for the middle seat) get in the way of the speaker covers, forcing me to undo it all???? Any help is appreciated.
