Surprise inside my tape deck... 200

I don't own more than 2 or 3 cassette tapes anymore, and mainly listen to NPR anyway, so I hadn't tried the tape deck in my 91 in the 5 months I've owned it. A couple of weeks ago I picked up a Cheech and Chong tape at the local freight store for 99 cents, and popped it in the player. Unfortunately, it wouldn't completely load, and it wouldn't eject. The radio still worked fine, so In left it alone till last night.

I finally went at it with a butter knife, hoping to be able to raise the far end of the tape enough to allow it to eject, but without success. I did see something while shining a flashlight inside that troubled me a bit, so I pulled the stereo out for further investigation, and I was correct. Inside the tape mechanism I discovered $2.72 in change. Apparently the POs kid must've stuffed it in there in about 1995 (the date on several new pennies). I haven't tried a tape in it yet, but the purchase price of my brick did just drop a bit...
