85_240_hesitation after startup_flat spot? 200

I have a 85 240 dl, Clean throttle body, good igniton, starts and Idles good when cold, after about a couple of minutes the engine develpos a flat spot/ hesitation/back fire when depressing the throttle. Will Idle OK, Once engine warms up .. another couple of minutes, runs great. Where should I look / test next ? AMM ohmed out OK.. 3.5 - low side??
