Cupholders; Which and Where?

I'm in the ongoing process of making a '90 240 sedan into a dream machine for my daughter. As we all agree, the 240 is one of the greatest cars ever concieved, but its conception unfortunately predates that current hallmark of automotive design, the cupholder. I would appreciate any input on where and what kind of cupholders to mount.
