Fuel line question.... 200 1990

Hi all...I recently observed some 'dark' fluid from under the car. It appears to be coming from the driver's side where the transmission cross member is bolted down. There are four or so lines running above it and I think one of them is leaking. I know it's not ATF, since it is not red and doesn't have that 'acidic' smell. I think it's dark because the gasoline might be breaking down the under-coat and the mixture actually smells very much like gas. Could I be wrong? There are other lines nearby, what are these for....brake lines?

If it is a gas line, what do you recommend I get? I don't mind spending more as I don't want to do this again.
