Oil Filter Question 200

Will you folks tell me what brand name oil filters you are using? I have been using Volvo filters for years. I bought a few from the dealer in town last month. They were $12 each and the washer was $2 each. Am I throwing money away? Are Mann or Bosch filters just as good for about $5 each on line? Thanks for your input.
