Decreased Idle AFTER spraying carb cleaner on FI #3 200 1979

After reading the very useful advice from other members on this bulletin board, I sprayed carburetor cleaner to check for vacuum leaks in my B21-F engine. Something strange happened: with the engine warmed up, my idle was about 800 rpm until I sprayed carb cleaner on #3 fuel injector and manifold intake runner #3; idle fell to about 700 rpm. I can't pin point whether it's #3 fuel injector and/or #3 intake manifold runner. Help!
