Positive Terminal Board 900 1995

940 Non-turbo

I am trying to trace an electrical fault, which I've posted here a few days back.
I went further to read the wiring diagram in the Haynes and traced the battery positive to a positive terminal board.

Exactly where is this board and what does it do?
Also can it cause erratic charging to the battery.

FYI my car would shudder with drop in rpm when I turn on the headlights, worse with the high beam. I've checked alternator to produce 14.1V at idle and 13.98V with the high beam on. At the battery side I get something like 13.9V at idle and drop to 13.4V with high beam on.

This lead me to think that the charge to the battery is not complete thereby causing low power and in turn causes the engine to shudder.

Can someone tell me whether the positive terminal board can be a cause to this and if yes, what should I be looking for.

Hope to get this done before New Year.

Thanks and Happy New Year everyone!!
