Ignition timing waaay off 140-160 1974

Just checked my ignition timing. It is supposed to be 10 degrees before TDC at idle. This is a B20F w/o vacuum advance on the distributor. Looking at the marks on the crank pulley, I'd ballpark it to more like 60 degrees before TBC. I don't think this is possible, so something must be wrong. Is it possible the pulley was incorrectly installed? This car has A/C so it has the double wide pulley, but that shouldn't make any difference.
Any other ideas?
