Horn sounds strange 700 1989

Hi all,

My horn which was working fine previously just suddenly sounded strange. It honks when you press the button but it sounds all different, wimpy like and very unbecoming of a Volvo.

I read through the archives but all were about horns not working. One post did mentioned about the 2 horns having different frequencies? Could it be that one of my horn is dead?

Appreciate any advice as I really miss the sound of my old horn.
