i have a 1990 744 gle 16v sedan and i has a frequent stalling problem, i the morning when after warming it for 5 min i back out of the driveway and turn the wheel ,foot on brake, and shifting into drive, the car would stallat the bottom and sometimes at stop lights too. when it stalls the tach drops, dash lit up, and engine cuts out, the plugs are a year old and the wires are the same oe volvo the distributor contacts are clean. when driving it would once and a while heasitate (feels like it is about to stall but doesnt) then it would drive fine. i search the site and looked at the FAQ's but tried everything and the problem is still there. anybody ever have this happen to you? the car idles at around 500-600rpm's.
