OK I have gotten my 1986 740 GLE pretty much road worthy. But I have a bit of a problem with it bucking while in gear. When I am at pretty much anything but acceleration - coasting at all - it will buck and jerk. It isn't slipping (no RPM increas while losing speed). While accelerating its fine, but when trying to coast or maintain a set speed it is very difficult to drive. I have looked around for solution but not come up with anything. Any ideas before I take this to a tranny specialist?

86 740 GLE with stick. 5th gear OD doesn't work yet, haven't worked on that yet.
