Crank Sensor...,NOT 900

Just finished the FI relay/Control Pressure Regulator/Crank Sensor replacement. Start the car up and had a nice, smooth idle & I thought "Alright!". Then went for a test drive- the stumbles and hesitations were worse then before, adding a whole bunch of stalls that I didn't have before by nursing the gas. Where do I go next? Fuel pumps or another electronic gadget?
