brake lights=turn signals 200 1986

Hi,

my rear indicator lights stopped working and now whenever I turn the indicator lights on, at the front it is working fine but at the rear, my 3 brake lights are flashing, as in a 4-way flasher.... bulbs seem to be ok (or my replacement bulbs are not working as well) - is it relay or sth else?
