Aux fan and fog light wiring? 700

Maybe it’s been like this since I replaced the seized fan but I discovered yesterday while checking lights that the aux radiator fan turns on and off with my high beams. At least it works, right?

I’ll be chasing down the wiring when I find and replace a couple of broken plastic items behind the grill. I’ll also be looking for the passenger side wires for the foglight. Are they fed through in front of the airbox on the passenger side? (US turbo) The leads for the driver’s side fog are fed through in front of the battery.
