ICV or injector rings? 200

Is it a safe bet that at 170K my injector o-rings and/or my intake man. gasket are leaking and need to be replaced? or is my slightly iradic idle from an old ICV?

Anyone every replaced any of the above to acheive a better idle?

Also, can the ICV just be cleaned, or is it manditory to buy a new one?
