catalytic converter removal? 200

hi everyone. i am going to replace my header downpipe but hoping to keep the cat converter. any advise on removing the three bolts that hold the header pipe to the cat. i have access to air tools. and i have been oiling the bolts . also it does not seem to be 11mm,12mm.7/16",1/2". is it maybe 15/32"? the bolts look pretty stubborn but i did not strip them yet. thanks
