87 Wagon Speedometer 200 1987

Hello all;

I have a 87 wagon that had a working speedo and a non working odo. I replaced it with a cluster of unknown orgin and the speedo will never indicate more the 47 MPH. Is this the sedan cluster on a wagon? The odo works and I havn't measured the accuracy of it.

How hard is it to replace the gear what is my best route?
