car cuts off 700 1991

I have a volvo station wagon it runs for about a half hour and it stalls .leave it for about five mins. and it starts up back.the mechanic changed the coil and Igniter,but the sme thing ,he then changed the air flow sensor but the same thing again.PLEASE HELP ME.jedpole@aol.com
