BUCKING WITH HESITATION AND STALLING 1994

My 1994 volvo 940 started bucking like a wild horse back in october, 3 mechanics and two fuel pumps later it's still crazy. problem does not show up on computer. no one knows what is going on and i am spending too much money. it stalls, when i give it gas it hesitates. please help!!!!!!
