o2 sensor help 700 1992

My wife has a 1992 740GL wagon w/ automatic transmission. I have replaced the intake manifold gasket, cleaned the injectors, replaced the plugs, wires and cap/rotor, cleaned the flame trap, cleaned the TB, changed the air filter and thought the car idles smoothly it still has a 'putt putt' sound. I want to change the O2 sensor but am confused with what to buy. I have Regina fuel injection on the car and it seems as though only Walker makes O2 sensors. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Chris
