my poor non cold starting volvo!! 200

went out this morning to try and start my '82 240dl with no avail... she would turn over, but wouldn't fire consistently to start the car. I know the fuel injector o-rings need to be replaced, but would that cause the car not to start at all... it was brutally cold today, which I believe was one reason she would not start. Any ideas?
