transmission fluid level question 900

Hello bricksters,
A month or so ago I did a trans fluid flush and filled up the level of fluid such that it was midlevel between the 90°C min and max(engine was warm had drived for 15 minutes or so). Now the temperature here has dropped to around 28°F(feels like 20°F). After driving to work(15 mins) I check the fluid level and it seems to be midlevel between the 40°C min and max and below the 90°C min. Is it "normal" or do I have cause for worry ? When I started out in the morning the car was extremely rough but smoothed out after engine started heating up.
