Super-cold today, no start issue 700

Okay, my 740 won't start today. Clicks when I turn the ignition once, after that no dice. It's gotten extremely cold extremely fast this weekend (way below freezing) and there was no problem as of yesterday. Not a battery issue, but I don't know what it is. I have a feeling it'll crank up if it gets warmer outside, and I don't have too much time to wait!!! Thanks so much for your help!
