Possible 90 740GL addition to the family 700

Ok here's the deal,

There's a really nice 90 GL that I've been looking at. I still have my wrecked 90 Turbo that is the same color and stuff. Anyway, it is a GL, 165k, cloth, manual roof, no cruise, manual mirrors, and no headliner. The exterior is in really good shape. Mechanically, it needs rotors, pads, and calipers, new shocks, and the AC is dead. The guy is asking 2000/obo. I'm thinking about putting my nice leather seats in, and if possible, the cruise unit, power sunroof,heated/power mirrors, new shocks and brakes from my old turbo in it. Is this all feesible, and should I try to talk him down on the price?
