Tranny Leak - Overdrive Solenoid 200

My 1992 245 had tranny leaks and the shop told me that the front and rear seals needed replacing. After replacement I still saw a leak in the drive way. I took it back and they replaced pan filter and gaskets. They told me the the overdrive solenoid was were they saw a slight leak at the top not the bottom.
If I replace this part is OEM or aftermaket recommended and what is the average price for the part ? Is the overdrive solenoid a place where tranny fluid can leak ?
