Update, No Ground at Horn Switch 900

I have continuity through out the circuit except for the ground under the copper flex piece (the horn switch). Pressing the copper flex piece should complete the circuit but it did not. I jumpered the flex plate to the frame via the cigar lighter and the horn worked fine.

I lifted up the copper flex piece to expose the ground button and as expected it wasn’t grounded.

The wire diagram just shows a ground symbol. How that ground is being made is a mystery. A possible loose connection under the air bag? Has anyone seen an airbag removal process?
