brake junction box trouble, leaking at switch? 200

I've got a leaking junction box which appears to be leaking at the plastic switch on the top.

-Is this a common problem for leaking and can I just replace the switch it self or is the whole junction box bad?

-If I do just replace the switch will I be able to just screw in a new one and be ready to roll or do I need to bleed the system?

Thanks for any advice.
