Looking to trade 1991 240 automatic for stick 200

Hello, I am new to this board but have been lurking around for a few weeks. What a great source of info and people seem really nice as well. I have a 1991 240 sedan, automatic with 124,000 miles in very good shape that I am looking to trade for a 240 with a manual transmission in nice shape. Recent repairs include: timing belt, brand new all-season tires with less than 1,000 miles on them, front bushings, fuel filter, air filter, oil/filter change with synthetic 100 miles ago. I am the second owner. I just thought I would pose this to the board to see if anyone has any interest.
