Berryman B-12 Chemtool.......... 900

Has anyone ever used Berryman B-12 Chemtool as an injector cleaner? I've used the stuff before when I was rebuilding carbs and the bottle indicated that it would be good for fuel injection cleaning. I'm not one to ever use any kind of additive for any reason, but I'm becoming convinced that this might not be such a bad idea. I wonder too if anyone has ever used such a product to clean the sludge on the crankcase by pouring the product into the crankcase and letting the car idle for 5 mins. and then draining the oil, replacing with new oil and filter? The car in question has no sludge at 88K, but I anticipate using it in other vehicles soon.

The '94 945TI Abnormally Aspirated (AA)that I purchased a month or so ago has gotten little to no use since I purchased it. I guess I'm still a bit scared of Volvos yet having had nothing but Toyotas for the last two decades, but took her out this evening for a 50 mile ride (with a little Berryman in tank) and she rode rather nicely! Might come to like this car afterall. I think the reliability and constant need to keep after things has me very concerned, although in 75 miles, has not given me any trouble. 88K miles and it does seem to run well. Anyway, thanks for the help as always!

Sincerely,

JBeechcraft
