tire pressure for 195/60R15 on 240DL 200

I'm putting 195/60R15 snow tires on my '86 240DL sedan (using 740 Turbo Draco rims). The car is spec'd for a 185/70R14 tire at 35 lbs; I don't believe there's a spec for the 195/60R15 tire on my car.

Can anyone recommend what an appropriate tire pressure is? Would it be any different for an all season vs. a snow tire?
