Have had to add brake fluid more frequently recently to my Volvo 240DL (215,000 miles). There is no apparent brake problem, the pedal does not feel spongy, and the brakes were worked on within the last 15,000 miles. I have only had the car about 5,000 miles, so I am not sure what work was done at that time, perhaps only replacement of brake pads. Any ideas what the problem might be, and/or what I could tell my mechanic? He's more of a generalist than a Volvo specialist, but he's honest, and has done some things for me like tuneups and oil changes.
