Taking Manual Tranny Rebuild Class, Where Do I Find... 200 1980

I have an M45 manual tranny (4 speed w/o overdrive) in a B21F/1980 242DL. I'm taking a manual transmission class and can rebuild my tranny. Someone told me that I should definitely get synchros, seals, and bearings. Assuming that I don't need a major overhaul, do I need anything else? I can't find the parts on FCP Groton. Any other vendors sell these parts?
