Control Arm Bushings and 'Special' Volvo Tools 200 1987

Gentlemen

I am reading up on control arm bushing replacement on my 1987 245, with 205.000 miles. My Bentley book mentions volvo tools 5084 and 5085 for the front bushing and Volvo tools 5082, 5083 and 1801 for the rear bushing. Does anyone know of an alternative to these tool or am I going to volvo for this job? Any help would be appreciated.
