Control Arm 'Stay' Bushings 700 1988

Sorry about the previous post.
Also seem to be called Radius Rod bushings. I received parts from FCP Groton yesterday, and as I try to match the contour of the rubber bushing to the washer, they don't fit together. Does the center steel sleeve get pushed in as you tighten the bolt? That would allow the parts to match up, I guess.

I hope to do the work tomorrow morning. I want to find the longer bolt to help pull/push things together. Does anyone know what size it is?
