Okay, I am really going to reveal my ignorance here (glad you guys don't know who I am :) ). I have a B234F. There is a metal air hose running into the engine. It is detatched. This was done by a mechanic quite a while back, because he thought it would help with a problem with that we were having then. I am pretty sure that this is when we were having a problem with warm starts. THat problem was eventually traced to the ISC valve and solved. Now I am wondering exactly what that hose does, and whether we would do well to hook it up again.
(I think I posted this message earlier in the wrong part of the forum---sorry.)
